Why is Dandy Productions so shortsighted to only release the censored versions of their stuff? Surely they must know a large part of their audience is not in Japan and not subject to their pornography laws.
@Sparky: actually the large part of their audience isn’t outside Japan… and I don’t think that they can legally produce any sort of stuff that isn’t pixilated. Otherwise you and I both would be enjoying non-censored versions of all their CFNM videos!

I’m no lawyer and I’m certainly no expert on Japanese law or culture.
We see uncensored Japanese porn all the time that was clearly produced somewhere within Japan. My suspicions are not that it was produced illegally but that it was simply released (legally?) to an audience outside the country.
Within the USA, pornography laws are enforced by distribution… by finished content in the customers’ hands – i.e. “what” is shipped and “where” it is received. It’s virtually impossible to enforce any of those laws at the time of production. I only assume Japan would have similar issues.
Ok, I just watched the School Bus scene (clip 2) from Dandy. It was not produced in Japan. The male actor is not Japanese. The school bus has English writing on the outside and the trees, houses, power lines, etc… all appear to be in the US. Looks like California to me. In that case, there’s no reason why an uncensored version couldn’t be released to an audience outside Japan.
@Sparky: well, that second clip was produced (paid for and the contracts written up) in Japan, but definitely was filmed in the U.S.. A bit of semantics, I admit, but when it comes to law, that’s what matters. Had it been an American company that casted for, paid for, and perhaps also filmed the movie that scene came from, then of course it would be uncensored. But because the movie was obviously released from Japan, they have to abide by Japanese law. That’s just how Dandy, Moodyz, and Soft on Demand’s companies work… from Japan, releasing primarily in Japan, later to elsewhere in the world. Now I can’t speak for some of the uncensored Japanese porn that gets released, mostly because I’ve never been able to surmise exactly what company(ies) they are made by. Which may be because they are doing it illegally, one can’t be certain.
